Transport

An additional charge for pick-up/drop-off points outside the central area will be applied.
Transfer service is available for an extra charge to pick up from the location to the port and drop off.
Shuttle/shared car service is available at IDR 75.000/person/way.
A private car starts from IDR 350.000/car/way.
Pick-up areas is Bali Central:
Kuta, Tuban, Nusa Dua Central, Jimbaran Central, Canggu, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Ubud Central

Bookings, Payment, and Confirmation

- Booking has to be made in advance.

- Booking confirmation will be sent automatically to your registered email address.
- Ostinafastboat.com only receives payment via PayPal or a local bank account; otherwise, payment can be made upon departure in the respective boat company.
- Ostinafastboat.com only receives payment via PayPal otherwise, payment can be done upon departure in the respective boat company.
  In case of payment is prepared to be done upon departure, a Ticket will be issued by the Boat Company after payment is completed.

Cancellation

- Cancellations made earlier than 2 days before the departure date will be refunded 100% of the total amount,
  Except for a group booking, there will be an administration fee of 10% of the total amount
- Cancelation made one day before departure or on the date of departure 100% charge will be applied
- Trip Cancellation caused by bad Weather (All Fast Boat Operators stop operating)
- There will be an administration fee of 5% of the total amount
- The refund will be processed at a minimum of 24 hours during our working days

Force Majeure

to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you, which is due to any event(s) or
circumstance(s) if the non-performance is caused by force majeure.
By way of example, force majeure includes, but is not limited to, Weather, war, revolution, terrorist act,
closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe, or other causes that seriously affect both parties
and other unforeseeable causes beyond Ostinafastboat.com's control.

Price and Additional Service

- Ostinafastboat.com has the authority to change the price at any time without any notice.
- The prices listed on this site are priced only for boat transfers from port to port.
- Additional services (Pick up and drop off) are complimentary and provided by fast boat operators to a certain area.
- These services can be given only if you fill out your hotel details on the booking form provided.
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off cannot be claimed as one package with the price listed for boat transfers.

- Ostinafastboat.com is an agency selling tickets for the following services;
  Fast Boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air, Lombok and back to Bali.
- We will not take any responsibility for delay or missing your flight, injury, losses, damage,
  an accident during your travel or trip that causes death, inconvenience caused by the boat operator's staff, or a delay of
  pick up time and not provide pick up by the operator or late departure of the boat, Sea conditions which cause
  arrival late or not in time, change the boat route, which causes arrival late, wet, etc.
  All of these are the policies of fast boat operators, and the fast boat operators are responsible.
  That condition cannot be claimed to Ostinafastboat.com. Ostinafastboat.com will not be responsible
  for any additional charges for rescheduling, caused the boat is not operating or canceled and
  transferred to another vessel (Ferry or Flight) by a fast boat operator.  
- The trip is not suitable for passengers older than 60 years and infants (0-2 Years)

Complaints

If you have reason to complain or experience any problems with the fast boat service
or other service providers, please inform their staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.
